Changed my diff. oils (cleaned and painted the covers) and installed my wheel spacers. Going to do the transfeer case and tranny next. After that will be a winch and/or shocks.

If you don't mind me asking, what oil did you use for your diffs and what will you be using for your Transmission! Want to change all fluids in mine as I've reached 100000 km on my 2004 TJ. Even knows if they where ever changed. Not sure what to use . . . some recommend Royal Purple, some Redline and some even say 10W30 synthec!! A little confusing! Looking for suggestions!

I just used SAE 80W-90 (non synthetic ) and I'll run that for a bit because I'm in the same boat I don't know when the last owner did it. It's cheap about 7 bucks at canadian tire per bottle. And next spring I may change to 75W-140 synthetic.

Heres a list depending on your Tranmission:
If your not sure what tranny you have check this link: http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f9/st...ations-452871/

30RH 3 speed auto[/U] - ATF+4 (ATF+3 originally recommended; ATF+4 is replacement)
32RH 3 speed auto - Approximately 4 quarts ATF+4 (ATF+3 originally recommended; ATF+4 is replacement) when drained via dropping the pan / Approximately 8 quarts dry fill 42RLE 4 speed auto - Approximately 4 quarts ATF+4 when drained via dropping the pan / Approximately 8.8 quarts dry fill

AX-5 5 speed manual - 3.3 quarts 75W-90 GL3, 75W-90 GL4, or 10W30 (NOT GL5 or GL5 compatible as incorrectly stated in some of the manuals)
AX-15 5 speed manual - 3.32 quarts 75W-90 GL3, 75W-90 GL4, or 10W30 (NOT GL5 or GL5 compatible as incorrectly stated in some of the manuals)
NV3550 5 speed manual - 2.1 quarts Mopar fluid part # 04874464AA or Synchromax (meets Mopar MS-9224 specs)
NV1500 5 speed manual - 2.4 quarts Mopar part # 04874464AA or Synchromax (meets Mopar MS-9224 specs)
NSG370 6 speed manual - 1.58 quarts Mopar part # 04874464AA or Synchromax (meets Mopar MS-9224 specs)

I hope this helps, also here are some good links for maintance.
