I have installed new headers for my TJ.actually I am not an expert in this but installed them on my own for the first time i think the process is correct can any tell me whether it is correct or not i will tell you what i have done.
by replacing the cat bolts and tightening them. Next, hanged the b-pipe using the existing hangers. Carefully slided the new rear section over the suspension components and hanged it up using the existing hangers. Joined the front and rear sections using the supplied bolts.

today crawled in and looked around and said to myself what can go wrong .its one thing after another mine is 2006 tj sport stock . no mods now the tc case is leaking both pinon seal;s both rear axles seals . broke the front sway bar struts now the rears are toast had to relplace both front lower suspension arms now has the death wobble wife will not drive it any more track bar bushing is next . next windshield will be no 5 this one is
cracked again I should of remeberd my experiance in the army fixing them from the M38 to the last gen the M38A1cdn 3 I swore I would never own one I know its just bitching but it less then 50000miles on it oh well un happy jeeping
