At least here in Kalifornia, my Son-in-law needed teaching
credentials on top of his four years. He is continually going to school
these pasted ten years and should have his Doctoral soon:

Quality suffered when Fram was bought by Allied Signal and their attempts to
save a few pennies per unit by cheaping out the designs.
