well, it wasn't today, but new years eve i had a new resistor and wiring harness and 40amp fuse installed to fix the heat in my GC... during our ice storm i used my rear defroster with the front one (i never use the rear, but didn't want to scrape off a half inch of ice) and the resistor burned out, melted the 3-wire harness completely off the wires and then blew the fuse...lol

resistor, harness, fuse, and 2hrs of labor= $420

glad it's working today though... feels like -32C with the windchill here.... Brrrrrr!!!

-43C with the wind chill... My VIC said -32C up until 3pm

my VW's would not start (had to put a heater on the fuel filter, and charge the battery...) Jeep started after cranking for about 4 seconds LOL was pissed, didn't want to shift for a while, didn't want to stop, and has ice in the rims so it shook like hell at 90kph...

I've been having issues with my interior glass freezing up... im wondering if it could be from my exterior window seals being shot... dont hear any wind noise so im kinda stumped...

i put RainX DeIcer in a spray bottle to clear off the glass quicker... scraping take forever and makes a huge mess inside...

any thoughts anyone... pics of the exterior window seals should be in my 03 WJ album
