ok..........are we equating skill with "eye - motor coordination"
It would, then, seem that skill is required to shift, steer, etc &
intelligence is required to prevent the multitude of potential traffic
fatalities (driver sitting @ intersection & pulling out in front of you
because he doesn't want to be behind a "slow" truck).

Yes, but they are following instructions to a T, in mixing these
additives upon loading or they will be replaced. Kind of like you may
replace your spouse if they do not follow the cake mix instructions.
