Checked all the fluids, topped up both diff's (pinion seals leaking a bit) with Lucas,greased front to back, checked adjustable control arms and track bars, torqued the wheel nuts,replaced a ujoint on the prop shaft she's good and ready for the trail run next weekend.

 

I crawled underneath and confirmed that it is a Dana 35 with 3.07 gears. Oh, well. They didn't advertise it as a RME. I'm still very happy with it. It turned 72K on my way home. I will still get a build sheet to see if it is a Sport with stickers on it or a RME that has had the D44 replaced with a D35.

 

Removed stock shifter **** in preparation for this:

 

Made and installed new custom shift ****. Turned out pretty good.
Next is the 8 ball.

I painted my replacement console, mounted a 2 way charger with 2 USB to a switch, and second mount bracket.

I also installed a Ranger Blanket a few months ago to deal with the cold, now i think I might use it as a bikini top!!

Oh I drove it yesterday to watch 'Tooth Fairy' ~ dont watch it .. not worth the money !

 

installed synthetic in both diffs as well as tranfer case.hoping to get a clod air intake as well as exhaust upgrade this summer.

 

Holy cow you still have the carpet in the jeep, mine started to stank real bad after a certain rotten mud hole.

 

Till I fix my floorboards, the carpet is the only thing separating me from the road ;?)
