While I agree that you should resubmit, I did the very same thing asking
about recalls as well and they couldn't supply answers to that, but DID
send me the Build sheet. Seems to me that some people are getting them
and others aren't. Make sure you are sending to the same address the
sucessful people are sending to (I don't have my old email), and then
I'd resubmit until I got one.

He never asked for a service history folks, only the build sheet and the
manual. I agree to slim it down and only ask for the build sheet. I am
thinking that they just read it wrong.

Re: UPDATE: DC response to my first email request for build list UNBELEIVEABLE!
Wow.... my dealership gave me a build sheet without me even asking for
it. I went there to pick up a new tie rod (bent mine), and figured I'd
pick up some touch up paint for a rock ding. Guess they wanted to be
sure they got the right color, so they printed the sheet, looked it
over, then gave me the sheet and the paint.
