Resubmit and ask ONLY for the build list. They should send that without
a problem. Keep it simple.
They won't send you maintenance records because they probably don't have
them. They won't send you an owners manual but they did send you inof
on how to get one. So, what did the refuse??????

Try this for the history.

Go to your local Jeep dealership (preferably when you are having some
work done, like an oil change) Talk to the service manager and ask
politely if he can pull up the service history because you want to make
sure any recall work was done, etc. I'm not sure if that history is
dealer specific but I believe it's available to any tech/service manager.
I've read through mine before at the local dealership.

Keep in mind, DC doesn't know if you are actually the owner or someone
that copied down the VIN. Not that there is any personal info in there.

Re: UPDATE: DC response to my first email request for build listUNBELEIVEABLE!

While I agree that you should resubmit, I did the very same thing asking
about recalls as well and they couldn't supply answers to that, but DID
send me the Build sheet. Seems to me that some people are getting them
and others aren't. Make sure you are sending to the same address the
sucessful people are sending to (I don't have my old email), and then
I'd resubmit until I got one.
