Re: TJ engine swap - 4.0 to something with better MPG?
Bill,
I agree, you and I bought our Jeps because they are Jeeps, but many people
out there are concerned with MPG. Hell, I'd jump on a chance to economically
save a few bucks at the pump as long as performance didn't suffer. But you
and I know that's a pipe dream, some people don't know that. All I say, is
give the guy a break, he's probably new to this. Think back to when you
didn't know a spark plug from a coil. (I'm sure there was a time) Didn't you
want to learn without being flame spayed everytime you asked a question? All
I'm saying is lighten up on the new guys. They, in future, may have valuable
information to offer to the NG.

I believe there are no stupid questions, but the ones asking why
they can't drag two tons of four wheel drive gear along and get the same
mileage as rice burner, just get to me.

Rich,
You're quite right about this. In the past I benefited from Bill's
wisdom, even just by lurking here.
These days Bill seems to worry too much, what will happen
when Kerry gets in.
Will the Talibs take over America, or perhaps those pesky Russkies
will f*ck his cute little dog?
Could we please stay with the topic matter?
Thank you!
