Have you ever put the 'wrong' head on an engine? Have you ever put a head 'so wrong' on an engine you have to glue up the water jacket holes so they aren't open to the air? Have you ever put a head on made for one sized piston on a block with a totally different piston in it? That means the valve dome doesn't match the cylinder hole. You know, where that pesky metal compression 'holding' ring in the head gasket goes. I have. You are wrong, sorry.
