Best way to protect yourself is to killfile him. Ten million people
could tell him what he's doing is not helping, and he would still argue
that he is helping. Mike R has spoken up, as well as some others, and as
you can see, nothing has changed. All he needs to realize is that trolls
are like scabs. Leave them alone and they go away. Keep picking at them
and they never heal.

Again, just filter him along with the troll that posts all the crap to
him, and the newsgroup quickly becomes much easier to read.
