Don't overlook the 'back end' - financing, extended service plans,
protective coatings, gap insurance, window etch, etc.... That's a major
profit center for most dealerships.

No. Car buying is all about game playing.
It's the customer, who does it once every few years versus a sales
person who does it numerous times per day.
