Well, teranews is a troll haven for a reason. So is the one I'm using
here.
Supernews offers access for a very reasonable price, and it filters off
many of the bozos (at least the ones with high BIs - "spammishness").
A combination of XNews client and Hamster (or Hamster Playground) is
unbeatable.
You get what you pay for.

The only reason he's still around is it is illegal to kill something
in the Homosapien family. the law may be changed at sometime
and if Sweet Pants is still alive..............
BTW, it's Missouri Mule :-)

Re: OT - 225 and counting :-(
I didn't come in yesterday, so I see 275 killed. There are some who
killfiled Bill years ago, but I never did - until this recent episode. I
also used to hang out at APBA. I now see people from that group coming
here, just to push Bill's buttons after he made an a** of himself on
that group, too.
Surely, there is someone on this group who lives close enough to Bill to
go to his house and pull the plug on his internet service, smash his
computer, and compel him not to post anywhere again until he's finished
fixing up that Commando AND learned some self-restraint (or been
lobotomized). I just don't get how some people can't let things alone.
Even some good people have let Bill's antics get to them, and abandoned
the group. Not that the folks picking on Bill aren't 100% idiot trolls,
and 100% in the wrong, but two wrongs are two wrongs.
I also prefer NNTP to web forums (fora?). Much faster, much easier to
read. I never did join Nate's web forum, though I know there has been
some good stuff there.
<sigh>
Anybody got a set of front springs from a V8 Grand Cherokee they don't
need?
