Yet another example that tells us you haven't done your research.
California Law: 10A.14(3) It is illegal at any age and under any
circumstances to operate a vehicle with a BAC of 0.008% or greater, and
0.04% or greater when operating a commercial vehicle. CDH:62.
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/curriculum/unit10text.pdf FYI A class 1
driver can't even transport alcohol with his groceries to his home, in
his commercial truck

You should have mentioned that up front rather than making a blanket
statement.....

Have you ever looked into comercial lisencing??? Truck drivers ARE
punished with higher fines for traffic violations. Not to mention that
you'll loose your commercial lisence before your regular one when you start
racking up points.

OK, you advocate death penalty for 56 in a 55. What do you advocate for 56
in a 55 with a truck? -Dave

It is against the law for a truck or passenger car to tow a trailer
above 55 MPH: http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d11/vc22406.htm in
Kalifornia.
