California Law: 10A.14(3) It is illegal at any age and under any
circumstances to operate a vehicle with a BAC of 0.008% or greater, and
0.04% or greater when operating a commercial vehicle. CDH:62.
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/curriculum/unit10text.pdf FYI A class 1
driver can't even transport alcohol with his groceries to his home, in
his commercial truck
