I know what Nathan was saying, there Bill. I also know there are
irresponsible people around here who have done it...trust me, the deer
had no chance to try to run away. I repeat you are a closed minded
individual who has no business trying to categorize me based upon a
single statement. And I maintain the whole damn aircraft, thanks.

irresponsible people around here who have done it...trust me, the deer
had no chance to try to run away. I repeat you are a closed minded
individual who has no business trying to categorize me based upon a
single statement. And I maintain the whole damn aircraft, thanks.

Nobody can tell you they "need" a jeep, air conditioning, or cable TV,
either. But we don't criminalize those things, and they're not even
guaranteed constitutional rights.
Of course, I have to wonder why you'd even bother mentioning automatic
weapons, which were made de facto illegal in the 1930s, and whose ownership
is essentially limited to a handful of well to do hobbyists and collectors.
What about the myriad of laws restricting handguns - an affordable means of
self defense that many people feel they do need and can justify?

Re: Handgun storage in a TJ?
I don't mind being in a crossfire...I can effectively use cover and I
am a good shot.
To head off the whole "But you hate guns are therefore would not have
one!" thing, I would like to remind you that I am NOT against guns.
But gun control ain't such a bad thing either.
