We don't have to depend on a monitor for this group as we have a
Charter, that we may point to that allows anyone of us to pull the plug
on spammer or troll, of course it's to the violators Internet Server
Provider to judge whether they will close the account. Then we will see
who's wrong, or who's left. :-)
