OK... maybe I made the long story too short. WV state regulation for
modified vehicle inspections state:
1) max body lift = 3"
2) max bumper height = 31"
3) No air, hydraulic, or electric lift over 4"
My Jeep is within the law and should be passed (as in previous years).
Nothing has changed in the law... we just have an interpretation problem. I
have now convinced the people at the Capitol of the local inspection station
error... they were just curious as to how I stayed under 31" bumper height
with over 7" lift,
