Question though - the article makes mention of the fact that the case was
lodged by the AG on behalf of the people of California. But if it's the
people of Calif. who are actually driving the vehciles and contributing to
the global warming - then aren't they as much to blame as the manufacturers?

In essence, Calif. should be suing the residents. On behalf of who, though!?

Governor Moon Beam now from Oakland is.
Fifty years ago we tried to secede from northern California, I wish
we would try again.
We actually fixed some type of bought and paid for magazine to
write San Diego and Los Angeles were first and second, least murder
capitals.
