Re: 96 GC don't start
If it's the fuel pump, you will not hear it run for a couple of
seconds each time you turn the ignition switch to the on position. If it's your check valve leaking back to the tank, then cycle the ignition switch several times to get the required forty pounds back on the injectors, for it to start, but more than likely it's the Crank Position Sensor: http://www.off-road.com/jeep/cheroke...tdcsensor.html God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O mailto:-------------------- http://www.----------.com/ Le CLone wrote: > > Monday night i start it and it ran roughly, i shut it down and restart it > and it was ok, this morning nada.... the engine turn but the truck does not > start. > > Fuel Pump ??? > > 96 GC I6 4x4 > > -- > LE CLONE > > 279 Notre-Dame > Gatineau, Qc > J8P 1K6 > (819) 643-0511 > SANS FRAIS 1 888 643 0511 > > le-clone@bellnet.ca > www.leclone.com |

Your subject says it is a "96 GC" but in your text you seem to be
talking about a "Truck." I am mixed up. --James-- |

James, the Utility Vehicle is a truck, some princely people call them a
Sports Utility Vehicle. Try to find a Jeep that is not listed as a truck at Auto Recalls: http://alldata.com/TSB/ God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O mailto:-------------------- http://www.----------.com/ James Nipper wrote: > > Your subject says it is a "96 GC" but in your text you seem to be > talking about a "Truck." > > I am mixed up. > > --James-- |

Is this TCD sensor or anything similar a factor in CJ7's or only Cherokee's?
