Re: 07 vs. 06 Wrangler torque curves?
In 1968 Bill Clinton was classified as 1-A on March 20. He was ordered to
report for induction on July 28, 1969. He didn't show. He then was
re-classified as 1-D after enlisting in the Army Reserves on August 7, 1969
and takes the oath of enlistment. He failed to report to his duty station at
the University of Arkansas ROTC in September 1969. He was in England. On
October 15, 1969 he organized and led an Anti-War demonstration in London.
to England - where an induction notice was mailed to him. After that, the
record gets murky. On October 30, 1969 Bill Clinton was reclassified by his
Draft Board as 1-A. On November 15, 1969 Bill Clinton organized and led
another anti-war demonstration in London.
On December 3, 1969 Bill Clinton wrote to Lt. Colonel Holmes, who headed the
University of Arkansas ROTC at the time, to explain why he had not shown up
as ordered by had gone to England instate. That letter, which was placed in
the Congressional Record on July 30, 1993 by Rep. Dornan of California,
states in Clinton's own words: "When the draft came, despite political
convictions, I was having a hard time facing the prospect of fighting a war
I had been fighting against."
He applied for the 'legal' deferral with fraudulent intent as evidenced by
his own letter to his ROTC commander.
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontl...aftletter.html
Lt. Bush requested and received a transfer from the Texas Air National Guard
to the 187th Tactical Reconnaissance Group in Alabama so he could work, off
duty, on the Senate campaign of 'Red" Blount.
Despite the lies and forgeries disseminated by the Demoncrats and their
liberal commie media lackeys no evidence of his being AWOL have been
demonstrated, and testimony of fellow unit members, supported by medical and
dental examination records as well as pay records have been ignored. But
them I assume you will attribute this all to some vast Right-Wing Conspiracy
that the only evidence is that he was not AWOL.
On the other hand it is well documented in public records and the letter
written by mr clinton himself, referenced above, clearly demonstrates his
character and general lack of honor.
I can only surmise that mr clinton assumed that his confessional letter
would have been lost over the years.
Perhaps it is best to allow an old friend of mr clinton to describe his
character.Cliff Jackson,an Arkansas attorney was a friend and classmate of
bill clinton at Oxford in the late 1960s.Although he professes no personal
rancor toward mr clinton, Jackson is a vocal critic of what he describes as
mr. clinton's "casual willingness to deceive, to exploit, and to manipulate
in order to attain personal and political power."

them I assume you will attribute this all to some vast Right-Wing Conspiracy
that the only evidence is that he was not AWOL.
On the other hand it is well documented in public records and the letter
written by mr clinton himself, referenced above, clearly demonstrates his
character and general lack of honor.
I can only surmise that mr clinton assumed that his confessional letter
would have been lost over the years.
Perhaps it is best to allow an old friend of mr clinton to describe his
character.Cliff Jackson,an Arkansas attorney was a friend and classmate of
bill clinton at Oxford in the late 1960s.Although he professes no personal
rancor toward mr clinton, Jackson is a vocal critic of what he describes as
mr. clinton's "casual willingness to deceive, to exploit, and to manipulate
in order to attain personal and political power."

report for induction on July 28, 1969.
