Re: 07 vs. 06 Wrangler torque curves?
As far as I know the democrats had nothing to do with Bush not showing
up for a physical and duty as a member of the air national guard. The
official story is excused to work on a political campaign for someone
not in the state of texas... The democrats just let loose a phony
letter concerning the incident.

Re: 07 vs. 06 Wrangler torque curves?
Actually Clinton got a perfectly legal deferral and was not a sworn
member of the armed services at any point to have any commitment to run
away from. Not exactly what I would call up and up, but not that
uncommon for someone with a scholarship to a prestigious educational
institution. As for protesting against the US, your history is as
flawed as your other facts... there is and was a clear difference
between protesting against a war and protesting against the US itself.
e.g. Jane Fonda as compared to a few presidential candidates of the time.
Unlike the other guy who did swear an oath as a member of the armed
services and then used political connections to avoid actually serving
more than nominal part time duty. With pretty strong rumors amongst
military folks that part of this was to avoid the consequences of a
urine test. Can't confirm the rumors...nor frankly care.

uncommon for someone with a scholarship to a prestigious educational
institution.

Unfortunately, I believe we have even more cowards today, and we
are about to lose our country.
