Many/most vehicles will roll with the right conditions. My mother (about
the most cautious driver around) rolled a Pontiac car on its side and
couldn't have been going more than 25-35 mph on a curvy road. There was
snow on the edges, then she probably turned sharply and hit the brakes with
the wrong balance and tripped a wheel on the snow. Amazingly the car had
almost no damage.
Tall trucks makes things worse. The Jeep CJs and Ford Bronco II had
reputations for rolling decades ago, long before the Explorer took it
mainstream.
There's a chance your vehicle was defective, but I'd place a large bet that
you are desperate to blame something other than yourself. Rationalization
may make you feel better but isn't useful or pretty--particularly when you
virtually admitted to reckless driving.
