haha... me stay in one place for more than a day... hahaha
how big is the file youd be sending, is it a whole cd, cause i know of some free file storage sites, up to a gig i think... so i dont know your call... i could give ya my address i should be here for another month atleast lol, it MIGHT get to me before my move back
in other news i've got the ring and pinion out of my bent dana 30
the high pinion was actually in really bad shape (inside the diff), so im still trying to track one down, but might buy it from him for $75 and have to re-gear it.

I've tried to e-mail parts of it before and it doesn't seem to allow it. To bad about the R and P, doesn't seem like your having a lot of luck since you got down there. Hopefully you can find a set of gears for it that won't cost you an arm/ leg.

nice little crack in my transmission, and the bits of JB weld trying to hold it on...
breaking it all off, really roughing it up, and cleaning up with some acidic stuff, then re applying, hopefully i can get it to grab onto the housing and not leak anymore...
all this in 36C weather with 60% humidity...

Wow that's quite the crack in there. About the only sure way of fixing that besides putting in a new tranny is to get ahold of a high frequency welder, groove it from the outside and weld it up.
Tried loading the files, let me know if it worked.

No problem, when you make it back this way you can buy the Timmies. :D
Now you'll never be stuck without a part number or bolt size.

the BC job hunt is going very well, their definetly interested, i've sent off for my license, then its talking about the all mighty dollar... they had mentioned two areas their looking to hire, Ft. St. John and West Kootenay (Trail)... the question im wondering cause i have no idea of BC cost of living and geography... where the hell do i wanna be... i know trail is on the boarder of the states, and pretty much in the mountains... but what about Ft. St.John?
and what kinda rent am i gonna be looking at for me and my dog lol

Re: What Did You Do To Your GC Today
Trail is alright. Mountains, fishing, reasonably close to major centers.
Fort St. John, rather largish hills, 15 minute walk to realize you may have made a mistake, 4 hours to Prince George, If I remember correctly it's closer to go to Grande Prairie. Fishing isn't to bad.
Rent when I was out there was reasonable compared to living even close to Vancouver.
