FWIW I get ~ 50 psi at 2K when fully warm on a 33k miles engine (Mobil 1
changed every 3-3.5 k miles)

Which engine? The I6 (4.0) is "supposed" to run between 15psi and
40psi. Of course those damn gauges were NEVER terribly accurate. My
Cherokee sits at about 38 at idle and about 45 at cruise.

Its the I6. Some cretin at Jeep decided to measure it in bar - it runs about
3.25 bar at 2K rpm.
At idle it is about the same as yours.
