Oil pressure will always vary up and down directly in step with the
engine rpms. The faster the engine is turning, the higher the oil
pressure and visa-versa. "2ish" is actually around 20 psi and is fine
at lower rpms. I use the 10 psi for every 1K of engine rpms as a
rough
guideline as what is normal.
