At least one of those is probably for the vacuum modulator on the
transmission. I'm not really clear on what exactly it does, but I know
it is there since I replaced the transmisson in my truck 3 years ago and
the rebuilt tranny came with a new one installed. You really need to
get a manual if you are going to be troubleshooting this stuff.

Chrysler's Torque Flite doesn't use a vacuum shift modulator like
Ford and GM.
