Vaccum lines from tranny
I have an 89 YJ, 6 cylinder, standard trans. I can't figure out where
the vaccume lines from the transmission attach to the vaccume lines in
the engine area.
The pulse system appears to be connected properly, but I can't get any
info on two lines from the trans that are dissconnected.

IIRC those are just vent tubes. They don't go anywhere except up on the
firewall, turned in a U with the end down so it won't get into any water.

Re: Vaccum lines from tranny
Rather than have Real gear shifters, and free wheeling hubs you
have a vacuum switch on your transfer case to remotely operate your
front axle.

OK....Let me explain a little more. The lines comming from the trans
are vaccume lines and are very narrow, blue in colour and do attach to
the vaccume lines in the engine area. They are similiar to the two
vaccume lines that go to the vaccume switch on the front axel.
