If you own a Jeep, you really need a tow vehicle, too.

Re: Tahoe vs. JGC - help!
I've had 3 GC's and one Tahoe. They're both good vehicles. But, for me, the
Tahoe was just too big. I've got an '04 GC Limited HO V8 now and really like
it. As for the '05, it'll be all new and I sure wouldn't want one for just
that reason. (Detroit has never been able to get a new design off the
drawing board and onto the road without multiple problems.) Look at all the
trouble GM is STILL having with the Trailblazers!

Re: Tahoe vs. JGC - help!
Ya, but using that rationale, when DO you buy an all new model
vehicle? I've heard that 'never buy the first model year' argument
before, and the fact is that often certain problems still exist three
or four years later. It just doesn't wash IMO. Unless you want to sit
on the fence until the middle or end of a production run that is, but
that's a lotta waitin' hehehe. Look at the 97-99 Wranglers... they
pretty much all exhibit the same 'problems' (exhaust manifold and
instrument cluster come to mind). If you were in the market for a new
vehicle back in 96, would you wait until 2000 to buy your Wrangler in
that case (and end up with the noisy-in-neutral 5sp manual
transmission as a trade off)? :)
