This fellow appears to be talking about a chrome (aka "plated metal") process with a black color. I don't believe that exists for Jeep parts. My advice is to wait a year, and see if the stainless parts are still as essential as they are now. In the meantime, put a drop of motor oil on the door, tailgate and windshield hinges at the articulating points so they don't rust. Saludos, Earle |
