missed his required physical. He got grounded and never had his flight
privileges reinstated. It doesn't matter how many physical YOU had, it
matters whether Bush had his required physical, and he didn't.

Next, Bush was not TDY when he went to Harvard. He was discharged early.

because, "Lt. Bush has not been observed at this unit during the period
of report."

Bill, were you able to skip 5 months of your service, and then get
discharged 8 months early? I know, I know. If I had been in the
service, I would understand how you can blow off your obligations. Yeah,
yeah, I'm just a girly man. But, Bush stilled lied when he said he flew
for "many years" when he only flew for 22 months.
