hi thomas,
many in here blow smoke and thats fine, but i also think of you as very
level headed which is why i wanted to readdress your message.
WE ALL think things from time to time that we shouldnt. my ex-mother in law
was smoking hot. i would NEVER have acted on my instincts, but the fact is
that she was smoking hot and any heterosexual man with eyes would have been
thinking the same things i thought. i didnt like it that i found her
attractive, but i DID. im sure that you and everybody else in this
newsgroup is the SAME way. your feelings are just that.....your feelings
and you cannot control your feelings.
i was working on a beer cooler in a bar that (on the big-screen tv) showed a
close-up of a missle hitting its target in iraq. the entire bar cheered
loudly in typical man-style, myself included, despite knowing that
undoubtedly innocent civilians also perished in the explosion. it was a sad
price to pay but it was for the greater good so everyone cheered.
you cant help the way you FEEL about an issue. this is why we judge men by
their ACTIONS and not their thoughts and feelings. i feel in my heart that
abortion is murdering children, therefore i cheer inside when i hear of a
clinic being destroyed. i love my freedom.....i love being here to raise my
children and as such i would NEVER participate in such an act......but i
cant help how i feel about it. are you really going to judge me on my
feelings instead of my actions?

The first two links point to unbiased, scientific sites, uh-huh, but how did
you let the last one in?

What bothers me about you, is not so much that you are wrong, but your
obvious anti-intellectual, anti-university bias. We're not all that Lloyd

It's because they are criminals at heart. They can't stand the idea, that
there might be more than one side to an issue, so they have to "settle it",
the only way they know how, outside of the legal system. That is the
definition of "criminal". You could make the same argument for cocaine
importation.
