Didn't your father ever use the line, "Well, I brought your *** into this
world, I can take it *out*"? Sometimes, ya' just gotta cut your losses...
It is my belief that children instinctively fear their father... Their
mother does not have this effect upon them... I believe that it is because
that they instinctively know that whereas Mom has 9 months invested in
makeing them, Dad only has 15 minutes and is more that willing to cut his
losses...

i agree with the concern for foreign out-sourcing. between companies moving
jobs overseas in exchange for cheaper labor, and ILLEGALS sucking our public
funds....theres only so much we can pay for. i fear that we'll see another

lol HELL YEAH. my actiontec dsl modem doesnt support local loopback. i
didnt want to have to use the host file to access a webserver on my
intranet, so i called tech support in hopes of finding an update for my
modem firmware. i could not believe their entire tech support team was in
india, and with my southern draw neither of us could understand the other.

In a lot of cases, the illegals are doing jobs that the Americans don't want
to do... When I was in high school, I worked summers mowing yards in order
to be able to buy an old VW Bug as my first car and convert it to a Baja
Bug... I don't see kids doing that these days... I suspect that often it's
just that their parents are spoiling them... The parents fail to realize
that hardships and having to work for something builds character... Having
everything handed to them just builds brattiness...

So, you're from *southern* Montana? <grin>
Many Indians do not have a thick accent... I've had some of these on my
teams over the years and do not have a problem working with them... Some are
even competent... I have trouble working with incompetents, especially if
their accent is so think that it is not understandible... One of the Indian
engineers that I know once said that even he has difficulty understanding
some of the people from there... Kind of funny that they have so many
dialect that the only language that they can communicate between each other
is English...

Ever go to a County medical facility to get medical help?
Unless you're spouting blood, it's easily a 6 hour wait to be seen.
