I have a small unit that looks something like that and it works, but...
On mine an O2 tank only lasts 10 minutes. The O2 tanks are expensive.

Ah, that's what I was wondering. 10 min is too short given I'll want to practice
also. The mig might be my best bet first, but since I might also want to be able to
bend metal, gas will be necessary eventually.
