Take it to a self-serve car wash and do an engine compartment cleaning, making
sure to get the underside of the hood, or better yet go through a deep water
crossing so water is splashed up inside the hood. You'll never have a problem
with that halogen bulb staying on again...then of course, it will always be
off... :-)

The first one I saw was on a '63 Chevy, lighting his fender wells
as I passed him in my '57 Ford, I thought he blew his engine.
