PowerTrax does have a locker (no-slip) that fits the 30-spline shafts.
Superior Gear has a Super35 Kit that puts in the 30-spline axles and a
locker of some sort in a D35 differential.
Bill's suggestion is that the D44 is a stronger unit, but most tests show
the D35 with 30-spline axles to be equivelent. Unless you goal is serious -
read, competetive - rock crawling, the Super35 Kit should do the trick for
you.

locker that can support the 30-spline shafts.
The 30-spline axles are worth the time and effort to locate them, getting
another set of 27-spline axles will give you essentially the same thing you
already have. No better, no worse.

I got 33x10.5 mud terrains on my d35 now. is that skinnier 10.5"
width less likely to snap a locked 27 spline axle than the more common
12.5" wider version, having a smaller contact patch and lower weight?
Or does the increased hight itself on any width 33" tire offer more
leverage to snap a locked d35?
