Geese guys, I am not a pilot and I knew exactly what he meant and have
heard the term many times.
The small private 'pirate' planes fly low across borders and do drug
drops. We hear about them in the news, even come across their bush
strips out on our runs too....
The plane that Mr. Baldwin was in is in that class, but the article said
they touched down for a border check, so it wasn't a 'pirate' flight.
Although I really think Bill just screwed up the spelling of 'private'.
