Could be. the Jeep only has 80,000 miles. I think the springs are worn.

If you look, the tire is about three inches from the fender, not exactly
on stilts. Below the door is 19.5" to the ground. I'm more and more
convinced that I'm looking at a caster/spring fatigue issue.
