Re: Herculiner
Thanks. Unfortunately, high temps and high humidity seem to be
contradictory conditions in Colorado - if it ain't raining the
humidity is in the low teens to single digits, if it is raining it
gets colder than hell instantly.

Re: Herculiner
I did mine a few weeks ago. Love it! I was always running without the
carpets in and had noticed that my foot had worn a spot to the metal near
the accelerator. Also had some decent scratches in the other footwells and
especially in the rear cargo/seat area. I had a galvanized box made last
winter that fits in the back but leaves room up front for a cooler and I can
put the tonneau cover on over it. I did the tailgate also because the box
doesn't have a door on it and everything I have in it bangs against the
'gate. It seems to also help with reducing the heat from the transmission
'hump'. I will echo a previous poster in saying that it is difficult to
clean out after wheelin'. Oh well....Like it was ever really clean before!

Re: Herculiner
I plan to keep this one for a long time so I went ahead and lined it for
protection mostly. In my previous TJ, I had taken the carpets out & the
paint quickly wears where you feet rub against it constantly. The Rhino
also helps dissapate the heat a little... without it, that hump get VERY
hot.
The guy did a great job on it... runs all the way up the sides & matches my
charcoal interior perfectly.

Re: Herculiner
I left them open. I took masking tape and rolled it backwards around two
fingers to make a tube. Stuck it in the hole and pinched off the tub side.
Then just h'lined over everything. If you do tape off the holes remove the
tape before the h'liner dries. Yeah, I pulled out the seats, belts and
console, but left the roll bar in.
