Error of some sort. My source says FAULT COMPANION MODE. I do not know what that means. P0141 is a problem with an O2 Sensor Heater. The O2 sensor has a heater built in that improves sensor stability while the engine is still cold, the code you got says that the heater is not working. P0455 is a gross leak in the Evaporative Emissions Control System. It could be any number of things, but a loose gas cap is the leading suspect.
