Re: deer yet again
Like I said.. Dad has been threatening for years... well... decades now but
despite his grumbling he planted fruit trees and bushes to attract them into
the yard. He just doesn't want to admit that he did it for mom as she
enjoys seeing the critters ...

I gotta admit to feeding them up into the yard too. I love to see them
in the yard, just not on the side of the road.
I let a couple of my friends hunt on my property in exchange for enough
meat to keep us in jerky most of the rest of the year, so my feeding
has at least one welcome side effect.
