It's a common swap, I'd buy the header from:

I would stop by a few muffler shops over on the industrial side of town.
Dial in on the Mom & Pop stores, and shy away from the national franchise
operations. The Mom & Pop stores will generally be very accomodating in the
custom designs, and they will allow you to mill around the job site while
they are working. I installed a Borla header, and needed the exhaust system
that I had jpurchased about 6 months earlier to be modified and mounted to
my CJ, and the Mom & Pop muffler shop did a great job for a reasonable
price.
