Go out to Benton Hot Springs in Neveada. The water comes out of the creek at
200F, even hotter from the ground. They use big concrete tanks to cool it
down for cold, and the toilets are warm.

the rounds a few years back under the name of Ted Nugent. I don't know
if he actually said it either, but it's a lot more plausible from him.
