The alignment of the drivetrain usually can't be altered side to side unless
something is damaged. The Tcase support is just a plate with three big holes
on each side and four little ones in the middle, unless they drilled new
holes I doubt that is the problem. Of course if the skid plate is installed
incorrectly, that might be a problem, but it's awfully hard to install it
wrong.
I have a 4.5" lift with a SYE and double-cardan shaft, no vibes. Did they
set up the rear pinion angle correctly? With a double-cardan shaft, there
should almost no angle between the pinion shaft and the driveshaft....there
should be a slight angle (1 degree or less) to make up for the slight
axlewrap under acceleration in a TJ.
