yes, it does get 12 volts, with the ignition on. nothing with the ignition
off. hope i'm understanding you correctly.

update.

i got the remanned CAB back last night and just finished installing it.
hooked everything back up and started the car and the ABS light went off,
test drove it and i have ABS again. All up cost including shipping to and
from was $155.00 and the time to take it out and put it back.

Beats $774.00 for a new one from jeep.
