yes, it does get 12 volts, with the ignition on. nothing with the ignition

update.
i got the remanned CAB back last night and just finished installing it. hooked everything back up and started the car and the ABS light went off, test drove it and i have ABS again. All up cost including shipping to and from was $155.00 and the time to take it out and put it back.
