89 Comanche Interior Lights?

Hi Patrick,
Did you spin the light switch's **** to see if the last owner just
disconnected the door buttons? Check to see if the door buttons are
covered with a lever, a trick I use.

If the 89 used the same lights as the 88 (likely) I would suspect the
light itself first. Mine has the long, narrow lights that rotate thru
3 positions by moving the lense - up, center, down. Up connects them
to the door switch, center is always off, down is hot on. Inside is a
cheesy switch that quits making contact when the pivots wear. I had
to drill mine and put in steel pivot pins to get them to work.
