As we just talked about in another thread going for a 4cyl to 6 is not
just a simple swap, but you would be most of the way there

Sounds great to me. I don't know if you can modify the injectors
and computer to cover your cubic inches, though. Was it running a
carburetor?

Mustang injectors will work for the 4.5-4.7 stroked 4.0 jeep engine. It's
been a long time since I set up one of these. There are numerous web pages
that address this issue.
Bill, you've got to get out a little more. Everyone knows that if you take
a 4.0 block and pistons and install a 258 crank and rods, you will get a 4.5
stroker motor. If you bore the block you can get as much as a 4.7 out of
it.

I use carburetors so I'm not going to mess with electronics, but
any idiot may see dividing five liters by eight will not be big enough
for six to feed 4.7.
