Ouch! Does PA still have those inspection laws that make you fix
ALL of that stuff before you can get it licensed???

Oh yeah, used to be semiannual changed to annual some years ago. We
have a new emissions testing program started this year too. Whoopee!
Still interested in any additional comments on the 87 Wrangler. Going
to look at it today.
