Here, they use all an white Mustang, without their normal light
bar, their red light is mounted inside at the inside rear view mirror.
So I look a large black dot in the center of the windshield, traveling
very fast. Usually we just wave at each other in an acknowledgment that
he could have pinched me.

Yes, they're on all carburated cars, external diaphragm, or
internal piston. that don't use a computer controlled step motor, but
they just slowed the butterfly that little bit just above idling, to
keep from stalling.

The one I encountered seemed more interested in just
slowing us down. He cruised up beside me, sat there
until I looked over and slowed down, then zipped up
to the guy in front of me and repeated this, etc. Kinda
surprising giving the financial situation of Kalifornia.
