screen behind the grill

Re: screen behind the grill
Picked up the fasteners and ties and peeled off the sticky tape.
But went to Rona and they don't have an of the aluminum stuff. Was hoping to get it already finished in black.
Will check a few other places as I would prefer to have them already coated.

Re: screen behind the grill
You've recreated exactly what I did using the exact same materials, only difference is I installed
the Rough Country inserts on my 2011 and used their retaining tabs to help hold the screen along with the tie tabs.
You said you removed the sticky tape, but did your use (Gorilla) glue to hold them in place?
That's how my grill guard was attached and it's been in place now 2 years without problems

Yeah i did use the adhesive backings on the mounting pads, but i did have to use gorilla glue to glue the pads so they wont move. I left one side of one pad off by accident didnt glue one side as soon as i zip tied it the pad unstuck but the gorilla glue side stayed stuck. Otherwise extremely well done looks great, should have done your suggestion alot sooner.
